温度对连续刚构桥梁合龙的影响及其对策

结合绍兴市曹娥江大闸闸前大桥工程实例,文章探讨了温度对采用悬浇法施工的连续刚构桥梁合龙的影响,计算分析了箱梁温度梯度和日温差对劲性骨架及合龙段混凝土的作用,并提出了为克服不利温度影响可以采用的施工对策。现场施工中针对劲性骨架和合龙段混凝土的应力监测结果表明所采用对策是合理有效的。分析结果和方法对于同类型连续刚构桥具有较大的参考价值。 Combining with the project of Cao’ejiang Barrier Gate Bridge in Shaoxing City, the paper discussed the effect of temperature on the closure of continuous rigid-frame bridge constructed by overcasting method. The effects of temperature gradient and diurnal temperature difference of box girder on the strength skeleton and the concrete of the closing section were calculated and analyzed. , And proposed construction measures that can be used to overcome adverse temperature effects. The stress monitoring results of the concrete structures in the on-site construction and the closing section indicate that the countermeasures adopted are reasonable and effective. The analysis results and methods have great reference value for the same type of continuous rigid frame bridge.
