LNG接收站广泛采用高压泵对LNG进行加压,所以了解各种因素对高压泵运行的影响并且对相应的影响做出相应的应对措施是至关重要的。本文介绍了某接收站高压泵的工艺流程,分析了影响高压泵运行的三个关键因素,高压泵入口LNG饱和蒸汽压、高压泵入口过滤器、高压泵的位置。依据性能曲线等建立了计算饱和蒸汽压和过滤器压差的数学模型,用户可根据模型快速计算出当前条件下的饱和蒸汽压和过滤器压差,以便高压泵的稳定运行。
LNG receiving stations widely use high-pressure pump to pressurize LNG. Therefore, it is very important to understand the influence of various factors on the operation of high-pressure pump and to make the corresponding countermeasures accordingly. In this paper, the technical process of a high-pressure pump in a receiving station is introduced. Three key factors affecting the operation of the high-pressure pump, the saturated vapor pressure of the LNG inlet, the inlet filter of the high-pressure pump and the position of the high pressure pump are analyzed. According to the performance curve, a mathematical model for calculating the saturated vapor pressure and the filter pressure difference is established. The user can quickly calculate the saturated vapor pressure and the filter pressure difference under the current conditions according to the model so that the high-pressure pump can operate stably.
