目的 探讨Graves病 (GD)患者血清成分对骨髓细胞粒 单核细胞系集落形成单位 (GM CFU)生长的影响。方法 对 11名正常人和 11例GD合并白细胞减少患者的骨髓细胞进行体外培养 ,观察他巴唑、甲状腺素、甲状腺刺激免疫球蛋白 (TSI)和GD患者血清对GM CFU生长的影响。结果 TSI和GD合并白细胞减少患者的血清对正常人和GD合并白细胞减少患者的骨髓GM CFU集落生长有抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,他巴唑、甲状腺素和GD白细胞正常患者的血清对正常人和GD白细胞减少患者的骨髓GM CFU集落生长无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 TSI和GD合并白细胞减少患者的血清能明显抑制GM CFU的生长 ,这提示免疫因素在GD患者白细胞减少的发病中起重要作用
Objective To investigate the effect of serum components of Graves’ disease (GD) on the growth of bone marrow mononuclear cell line colony forming unit (GM CFU). Methods The myeloid cells from 11 healthy controls and 11 GD patients with leukopenia were cultured in vitro. The effects of methimazole, thyroxine, thyroid-stimulated immunoglobulin (TSI) and GD serum on the growth of GM CFU were observed. Results Serum from TSI and GD patients with leukopenia inhibited the growth of GM CFU colonies in both normal and GD patients with leukopenia (P <0.01). The serum levels of methimazole, thyroxine and normal GD patients There was no significant effect on the growth of GM CFU colonies in normal and GD leukopenia patients (P> 0.05). Conclusions The serum of patients with leukopenia caused by TSI and GD can significantly inhibit the growth of GM CFU, suggesting that immune factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of leukopenia in GD patients
