【目的】探讨发展中的期刊如何通过规范的编委会管理制度来有效地发挥编委在提升期刊影响力中的作用。【方法】以IJAC为例,分析了编委在稿件审理、选题策划和期刊宣传3个方面发挥的主要作用;提出从加强编委会管理和增强编辑部服务意识2个角度来激发编委工作热情和工作积极性。【结果】实践证明,对于一本处在发展期的期刊,实现对编委会的有效分工和管理对稳步、持续地提升期刊影响力起到重要作用。【结论】编辑部需要配合主编,通过严格有序的管理制度和良好的服务意识来促进编委会作用的发挥。
【Objective】 To explore how the developing periodicals can effectively exert the role of editorial board in enhancing periodical influence through the standard editorial management system. [Methods] Taking IJAC as an example, this paper analyzed the main role played by Editorial Board in manuscript processing, topic selection and periodical publicity. It proposed that the editorial board should be encouraged from two angles: strengthening editorial board management and enhancing editorial department service awareness Work enthusiasm and work enthusiasm. 【Result】 Practice proves that, for a periodical in its development period, the effective division of labor and management of the editorial board plays an important role in steadily and continuously improving the journal’s influence. 【Conclusion】 The editorial department needs to coordinate with the chief editors to promote the role of editorial board through strict and orderly management system and good service consciousness.
