目的探讨参黄合剂对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠血清IL-6及胰腺组织中TLR4的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、治疗组、对照组,治疗组、对照组使用胰胆管逆行注射牛磺胆酸钠法制作重症急性胰腺炎大鼠模型,治疗组用参黄合剂进行治疗干预,测定各组血清IL-6水平及胰腺组织中TLR4的表达情况。结果对照组血清中IL-6水平及胰腺组织中TLR4表达明显升高,用参黄合剂干预后,上述指标明显降低,差异有统计学意义。结论参黄合剂可以使重症急性胰腺炎大鼠血清IL-6水平及胰腺组织中TLR4表达降低,从而为参黄合剂临床应用于重症急性胰腺炎的治疗提供理论基础。
Objective To investigate the effect of shenhuangheji on serum IL-6 and TLR4 in pancreas in rats with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, treatment group, control group, treatment group and control group. Rats in severe acute pancreatitis were treated with pancreaticobiliary retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate. The treatment group was treated with Shenhuang Mixture Intervention, determination of serum IL-6 levels in each group and the expression of TLR4 in pancreatic tissue. Results The level of IL-6 in serum and the expression of TLR4 in pancreatic tissue of the control group were significantly increased. After the intervention with Shenhuang Mixture, the above indexes were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Shenhuang Mixture can reduce the level of IL-6 in serum and the expression of TLR4 in pancreas tissue of rats with severe acute pancreatitis, and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of ginseng-Huang mixture in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
