镜泊湖水电站引水隧洞,會经由于采用连续提升进口门进行充水,招致洞身胀裂.日本黑蘿发电所引水隧洞连续开启进口门充水时,发生人孔喷水,冲坏进口上层建筑物,井招致人身伤亡.1960年岗南水库在泄洪洞出口弧形门局部开启条件下,提升进口门时,发生启闭机顿时跳闸现象及人孔喷水现象.以后该泄洪洞充水时,根据设计规定,先关闭出口弧形门,然后开启进口门至开度3.0米~2(按设计规范规定,通气管內允许气流速度可达45米/秒计算得的)充水,仍然出现进口门后人孔喷水现象(人孔面积为1米~2),喷水高度超过库水位.以后在2.0米~2开度充水时仍能观察到类似现象.这些现象显属操作有问題或设计考虑不周,因而对有压管道充水问题进行研究是有意义的.本文目的在于通过阐述充水问题的研究成果以引起设计和操作人员的注意.
