办公楼是预制砼的重要市场,本文提出一种新型预制砼框架系统,该系统降低了跨度为9.1到12.2m的框架所通常采用的较大楼面结构高度(高达1220mm)。楼面结构高度大。相应地增大楼房高度,从而又增大建筑系统、机械系统和电气系统的费用以及横向力对结构系统影响而导致的费用。此外,楼面结构高度大会减少可出租的空间。例如,如果每层楼的楼面结构高度能够降低0.6m,则每6层楼就能够节约3.6m的高度。换言之,降低楼面结构高度能够以相当于普通6层楼房的高度建7层楼。
The office building is an important market for prefabricated crucibles. This paper presents a new type of prefabricated crucible frame system that reduces the height of the larger floor structure (up to 1220 mm) that is commonly used for frames with a span of 9.1 to 12.2 m. The floor structure is high in height. Accordingly, the height of the building is increased, which in turn increases the cost of the building system, the mechanical system and the electrical system, and the cost of the lateral force to the structural system. In addition, the height of the floor structure reduces the space available for rent.
