为提高某型发动机高压涡轮转子的装配质量,对涡轮盘及其他组件的各关键空间型位数据的测量方法进行优化,采用数字化技术编程,根据工艺规范实时判定平面度等测量参数是否合格,综合多维度数据自动计算同心度值等关键参数,生成可视化视图,建立产品装配信息数据库,实现发动机单机关键修理、装配数据的在线查询。
