随着全球经济的发展,经济一体化趋势更加明显,而知识经济也在人们的日常生活中发挥着更为重要的作用。在知识经济的大背景下,人力资源管理开始受到更多的重视,并且传统的刚性管理越来越制约着企业的发展。在知识经济不断发展进步的今天,只有依靠柔性管理才能够更好的适应当前的经济发展趋势,本文主要针对人力资源柔性管理中的问题进行分析,并且对企业如何更好的实施柔性管理提出一定的建议。
