(2017年4月7日)青稞(裸大麦)是青藏高原及其周边高海拔地区的主要粮食作物和藏族群众的传统口粮,根据地理环境和生态条件大致分为河谷盆台灌区、草原沟坡雨养旱地、高寒偏草甸农牧过渡带和海拔相对较低的偏湿温农林交错带。前两个产区为传统主产区,生产比较稳定,后两个产区因地处偏远、交通不便等,生产比重较小。随着生产技术进步和传统饮食习惯改变,目前青稞总体处于供求平衡状态,部分地区由于产业化发展程度较低、外销不畅,制约了青稞生产稳定发展。2017年,应坚持“调整布局、稳定面积、提高单产、改善品质”的思路,强
(April 7, 2017) The barley (naked barley) is a traditional rations staple food crop and Tibetan people in the high altitude areas around the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its surrounding area. According to its geographical environment and ecological conditions, Rain-fed dry land, alpine meadow-pastoral transitional zone and the relatively lower elevation wet-temperate zone of farming and forestry. The first two producing areas are the traditional main producing areas with relatively stable production. The latter two producing areas have relatively small production due to remoteness and inaccessibility. With the progress of production technology and the change of traditional eating habits, the current overall price of barley is in a state of balance between supply and demand. In some areas, due to the low level of industrialization and poor export, the development of barley production has been hindered. In 2017, we should adhere to the principle of “adjusting layout, stabilizing area, improving yield and improving quality”
