分层教学主要是针对不同英语水平的学生,进行综合考察,并在此基础上将学生划分为不同等级,采取针对性的教学方法和内容,真正做到因材施教,提升英语教学水平。因此,在高职英语教学中合理运用分层教学法可以尊重学生的主体地位,提高学生的英语学习兴趣。本文首先分析了分层教学法在高职英语教学中的必要性,有在此基础上从因材施教理论、过程最优化理论、人本教育理论等方面,分析了分层教学法的理论依据。并指出了具体的应用策略,即教学内容分层、评价方法分层、教学方法分层、教学目标分层。希望以此促进高职英语教学的进一步发展。
The layered teaching is mainly for students of different levels of English, and conducts comprehensive investigations. On this basis, the students are divided into different grades, adopting specific teaching methods and contents, truly teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and improving the level of English teaching. Therefore, the rational use of stratified teaching method in higher vocational English teaching can respect students’ main status and improve their interest in English learning. This article first analyzes the necessity of the layered teaching method in English teaching in higher vocational education. On this basis, it analyzes the theoretical basis of the layered teaching method from the aspects of the theory of teaching according to students, process optimization theory and humanistic education theory. And pointed out the specific application strategies, that is, teaching content stratification, stratification of evaluation methods, stratification of teaching methods, stratification of teaching objectives. Hope to promote the further development of higher vocational English teaching.
