检测了急性缺血性脑血管病患者42例和对照组30例的脑脊液超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。病例组MnSOD和MDA含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),CuZnSOD含量轻型患者高于中、重型患者,短暂性脑缺血发作患者高于对照组和梗塞组,而且与患者神经功能缺损积分呈显著性负相关。缺血性脑血管病急性期患者脑脊液SOD的增高反映了脑组织对缺血的防御反应,尤其是CuZnSOD对缺血比较敏感,可以反映出神经功能损伤的程度。
The levels of cerebrospinal fluid superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in 42 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease and 30 controls were detected. The levels of MnSOD and MDA in the cases were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.001). The patients with mild CuZnSOD were more severe than the moderate and severe patients and those with transient ischemic attack were higher than those in the control and infarction groups Functional impairment score was significantly negative correlation. Increased SOD in cerebrospinal fluid in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease reflects the brain tissue defense response to ischemia, especially CuZnSOD is more sensitive to ischemia, reflecting the degree of neurological damage.
