目的:研究葛根芩连汤及其药效组分的红外指纹表征,为建立复方组分指纹鉴定法提供科学依据。方法:应用傅里叶红外光谱(Foruier transform infrared,FT-IR)进行测定,采用复方汤剂和化学药效组分指纹表征表述质量特征。结果:葛根芩连汤的主要特征峰出现在1 727,1 614,1 509,1 448,1 362,1 272,1 031,838,767,582 cm-1等,安徽产区药材煎煮全方与道地药材煎煮全方的相似度最高。葛根芩连汤药效组分主要指纹表征(1 800~400 cm-1)有1 726,1 607,1 509,1 451,1 364,1 238,1 037,891,834,591 cm-1等。结论:采用红外指纹表征鉴别法可评价葛根芩连汤的质量,可反映出本质的主要特征,具有明显的专属性。
Objective: To study the infrared fingerprint characterization of Gegen Qinlian Decoction and its medicinal components, and to provide a scientific basis for the establishment of fingerprint identification of compound components. Methods: Foruier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to measure the quality characteristics of the compound prescriptions. Results: The main characteristic peaks of Gegen Qinlian decoction appeared in 1 727,1 614,1 509,1 448,1 362,1 272,1 031,838,767,582 cm-1 and so on. Cook the highest degree of similarity of the whole party. The main fingerprint of Gegen Qinlian Decoction (1 800 ~ 400 cm-1) was 1 726,1 607,1 509,1 451,1 364,1 238,1 037,891,834,591 cm-1 and so on. Conclusion: The fingerprint identification method can be used to evaluate the quality of Gegen Qinlian Decoction, which can reflect the main features of nature with obvious specificity.
