2016年9月初,宁乡县召开落后烟花爆竹企业退出工作动员大会;一个星期内,48家企业全部提交退出申请;一个月内,退出企业完成消耗性生产。2016年12月28日,宁乡提出退出申请的48家企业工区和车间厂房均已倒地,完成了县级的初步验收,提前两年超额完成关闭退出任务,全县有5个乡镇全部实现退出。(注:2017年4月12日,经国务院批准,同意撤销宁乡县,设立县级宁乡市。为避免名称混淆,本文仍用原宁乡县名称。)
In early September 2016, Ningxiang County held a backward fireworks and firecrackers enterprises to withdraw from the work mobilization meeting; within a week, all 48 enterprises submitted their applications for withdrawal; and within one month, they quit the enterprises to complete the expendable production. December 28, 2016, Ningxiang proposed to withdraw from the 48 industrial enterprises and workshop plant fell to the ground, completed the initial acceptance at the county level, two years ahead of schedule to complete the closure of the exit task, the county has 5 towns and all fully realized drop out. (Note: With the approval of the State Council, on April 12, 2017, Ningxiang County was agreed to be withdrawn and Ningxiang County was established at the county level. In order to avoid confusion of names, this article still uses the original Ningxiang County name.)
