用红霉素生产菌株LJ-12作为出发菌株,以红霉素碱作为诱变剂筛选出红霉素耐受性突变株LJ-12-2,摇瓶效价比出发菌株提高10.8%,65 m3大罐试验比对照提高9.9%。
Erythromycin-resistant mutant LJ-12-2 was screened by using erythromycin base as a mutagen with LJ-12 producing strain LJ-12. The shake flask titer was increased by 10.8% compared with that of the original strain m3 tank test increased 9.9% over the control.
