Using Witczak and Hirsch models to predict and evaluate the dynamic modulus of HMA can reduce the number and difficulty coefficient of HMA dynamic modulus test and enhance the accuracy of HMA dynamic modulus field test. This paper expounds the theoretical development and data analysis methods of Witczak and Hirsch models, introduces the application of these two models in HMA dynamic modulus assessment, and summarizes the improvement methods of Witczak and Hirsch models.
