本文采用褶合曲线变换技术，应用褶合光谱仪单组分定量功能系统，在呋喃西林共存条件下直接测定呋麻滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量，平均回收率为100.00％，RSD为0.05％。
In this paper, convolution curve transformation was used to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in furosemide nasal drops by convolution spectrophotometer single component quantitative functional system. The average recoveries were 100.00% and the RSD was 0.05%.
