冶金管理现代化学会于1990年9月4日至7日在山东省烟台市召开了“第三次冶金生产经营优化学术会议”。25个冶金单位的44名代表参加了这次学术会议。学术委员会主任秦裕瑗教授在会议开幕式上首先做了发言,介绍了西方一些发达国家生产经营优化的发展情况。冶金管理现代化学会秘书长柳克勋同志在大会闭幕式上作了总结性发言,介绍了国内冶金生产经营优化工作的进展情况以及今后发展的趋势,并表扬了一批生产经营优化搞得好的单位和个人,提出了明年进一步推广生产经营优化研究的重点。
Metallurgical Society of Modern Management in September 4, 1990 to 7 in Yantai, Shandong Province held the “Third Metallurgical Production and Management Optimization Symposium.” Forty-five representatives from 25 metallurgical units attended the conference. Prof. Qin Yuzhu, director of the Academic Committee, made a speech at the opening ceremony of the meeting, introducing the optimization of production and operation in some developed countries in the West. Comrade Liu Kexun, secretary-general of the Society for Metallurgical Management Modernization, made a concluding speech at the closing ceremony of the conference, introduced the progress of domestic metallurgical production and management optimization work and the trend of development in the future, and praised a group of units optimized for production and operation and Individuals, put forward the focus of further promotion of production and management optimization next year.
