用7种不同性能的阴离子交换树脂吸附发酵液中丙酸,考察了发酵液酸化方式及p H值对吸附量的影响,分析了不同浓度H_2SO_4的解吸情况,比较了多柱串联组合层析提高丙酸收率的可行性.结果表明,大孔弱碱性丙烯酸系阴离子交换树脂ZGD630对发酵液中的丙酸吸附量最高,采用H型阳离子交换树脂D001酸化工艺,当pH值由6.5降至3时,ZGD630树脂对发酵液中丙酸的静态吸附量从54.34 mg/g提高至110 mg/g,动态吸附量达152.5 mg/g.用4 mol/L H_2SO_4进行解吸,丙酸浓度最高达81.8 g/L,为初始发酵液的2.12倍.采用3柱串联组合层析时丙酸收率达62.15%,较单柱层析显著提高.
Seven kinds of anion exchange resins with different properties were used to adsorb propionic acid in fermentation broth. The effects of acidification mode and p H value on the amount of adsorption were investigated. The desorption of H_2SO_4 with different concentrations was analyzed. Propionic acid yield.The results showed that the macroporous weakly basic acrylic anion exchange resin ZGD630 had the highest adsorption capacity of propionic acid in the fermentation broth and the pH value decreased from 6.5 to 3, the static adsorption capacity of ZGD630 resin to propionic acid in fermentation broth increased from 54.34 mg / g to 110 mg / g and the dynamic adsorption capacity reached 152.5 mg / g.The highest concentration of propionic acid was reached by desorption with 4 mol / L H 2 SO 4 81.8 g / L, which was 2.12 times of that of the original fermentation broth.The yield of propionic acid was 62.15% when using 3-column tandem combinatorial chromatography, which was significantly higher than single column chromatography.
