研究航空零件0Cr18Ni10Ti奥氏体不锈钢表面渗碳层的耐磨性。结果表明,经过低温渗碳处理后,在转速为150 r/min的磨损条件下试样表面渗碳层的摩擦系数较大。转速为400 r/min时,奥氏体不锈钢本体与低温渗碳层的摩擦系数相近。两种情况下,低温气体渗碳层磨损率都低于奥氏体不锈钢本体,在低速情况下相差幅度较大。0Cr18Ni10Ti与渗碳层的磨损机制分别为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。可见在450℃保温72 h处理后,可提高奥氏体不锈钢的耐磨性。
Study on the wear resistance of carburized layer on 0Cr18Ni10Ti austenitic stainless steel surface of aviation parts. The results show that after low temperature carburizing treatment, the friction coefficient of carburized layer on the surface of specimen is larger under the condition of 150 r / min rotating speed. When the speed is 400 r / min, the friction coefficient between the austenitic stainless steel body and the carburized layer at low temperature is similar. In both cases, the carburized layer wear rate of low-temperature gas is lower than the austenitic stainless steel body, at low speed the difference is larger. The wear mechanism of 0Cr18Ni10Ti and carburized layer are adhesive wear and abrasive wear respectively. Visible at 450 ℃ for 72 h after treatment, can improve the wear resistance of austenitic stainless steel.
