本文在废弃钻井泥浆生物处理基础上,设计出太阳能水循环装置,并对其效果进行了研究。结果表明,废弃泥浆生物处理体系太阳能水循环装置运行良好。经过120天试验,废弃泥浆生物处理体系渗出液COD从35 406 mg·L-1降至394 mg·L-1,降解率达98.89%,是对照处理的1.33倍;渗出液pH从8.52下降至6.96,色度OD560从2.86降至0.106;同时,渗出液中SO2-4、NO-3和Cl-含量有明显的上升趋势,分别从17 050.88,28 237.52和528.38 mg·L-1上升到48 736.73,40 537.33和11 257.84mg·L-1,分别比对照增加了37.23%、14.61%和48.42%。因此,太阳能水循环装置可显著提高生物处理体系的降解效果。
Based on the biological treatment of abandoned drilling mud, this paper designs a solar water circulation device and studies its effect. The results show that the waste water treatment system for biological treatment of solar water circulation device is running well. After 120 days of experiment, the COD of exudate from the abandoned sludge biological treatment system dropped from 35 406 mg · L-1 to 394 mg · L-1, the degradation rate was 98.89%, which was 1.33 times that of the control treatment. The exudate pH increased from 8.52 Decreased to 6.96, and the color OD560 decreased from 2.86 to 0.106. Therefore, the solar water cycle device can significantly improve the biological treatment system degradation.
