拼焊板由于两侧材料差异导致成形性能下降。利用有限元模拟分析得到,采用焊缝夹紧装置能提高拼焊板成形性能。根据有限元分析结果,设计了具有液压夹紧装置的盒形件模具,并进行了实验研究。结果表明:有限元模拟能准确模拟拼焊板成形过程,带焊缝夹紧装置的模具能提高拼焊板的成形性能。所设计模具操作简单、可靠,可为同类模具设计提供参考。
Tailor welded plate due to differences in material on both sides lead to decreased formability. Using finite element simulation analysis, the use of weld clamping device can improve the performance of tailor welded plate. According to the results of finite element analysis, a box-shaped mold with hydraulic clamping device was designed and experimentally studied. The results show that the finite element simulation can exactly simulate the forming process of the tailor welded plate, and the die with the clamping device can improve the formability of the tailor welded plate. The design of mold operation is simple, reliable, can provide reference for similar mold design.
