目的:研究舒适护理对提高妇产科患者依从性和满意度的作用。方法:选取2013年4月~2015年2月长兴县中医院进行治疗的妇产科患者124例作为研究对象,随机分组,对照组62例患者以常规护理,观察组62例患者在对照组的基础上进一步实施心理、生理上及环境舒适的护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性及满意程度并分析两组护理效果。结果:观察组按时用药、合理饮食、规律复诊、有效休息在治疗期间患者的依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组环境舒适度、生理舒适度、心理舒适度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可以提高患者治疗依从性及舒适度,提高护理满意度及护理质量。
Objective: To study the effect of comfort nursing on improving obedience and satisfaction of obstetrics and gynecology patients. Methods: A total of 124 obstetrics and gynecology patients who were treated in Changxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2013 to February 2015 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups: 62 patients in control group received routine nursing care, 62 patients in observation group Based on the further implementation of psychological, physical and environmental comfort care, treatment compliance and satisfaction between the two groups were compared and analyzed the two groups of nursing effects. Results: The compliance of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). The environmental comfort, physiological comfort and psychological comfort of observation group were significantly better than those of control group Group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comfortable nursing can improve patient compliance and comfort, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of care.
