为了确定某大型冲压机支撑架设计的合理性及工作时的应力分布和变形情况,首先根据冲压机的结构特性对模型作了简化处理,然后基于有限元分析软件ANSYS对冲压机结构进行了优化分析,得到了冲压机工作在最大载荷下的应力大小、应力分布及机架变形情况。通过分析应力云图和变形曲线,得出该冲压机外架能够满足正常的工艺需求,但整体上应力分布范围较广仍有优化的空间。
In order to determine the rationality of the design of a large-scale press racks and the stress distribution and deformation during work, the model is simplified according to the structural characteristics of the press. Then, the structure of the press is optimized based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS The stress, stress distribution and frame deformation of the press under the maximum load were obtained. By analyzing the stress cloud and deformation curve, it is concluded that the outer frame of the press can meet the normal process requirements, but the overall stress distribution is still wide range of optimization space.
