目的:探讨标准化腔镜操作流程图在手术室低年资护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年1月间在台州中心医院手术室工作的低年资护士36名为研究对象,2016年1~6月施行常规腔镜护理培训,2016年7月开始在对手术室低年资护士培训中施行标准化腔镜操作流程图培训,比较施行前后半年间低年资护士的护理基础知识和实践技能掌握情况,和手术室医生对低年资护士护理的满意情况;同时选取2016年1~6月间接受相应低年资护士护理的患者46名为对照组,同年8月至次年1月间患者53名为观察组,比较分析两组患者对护理的满意情况。结果:施行标准化腔镜操作流程图培训后的低年资护士较施行前基础知识和实践技能掌握程度均得到了显著提升(P<0.05),手术室医生对低年资护士的护理满意度同样高于施行前(P<0.05),观察组患者对护理的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室低年资护士培训中施行标准化腔镜操作流程图,能显著提升低年资护士对基础知识和实践技能的掌握程度,得到了临床医生和患者的一致认可。
Objective: To discuss the application effect of standardized endoscopic operation flow chart in the training of low-aged nurses in operating room. Methods: Totally 36 low-aged nurses working in the operating room of Taizhou Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects. From January to June 2016, routine endoscopic nursing training was performed. From July 2016 to Standard operating procedures for endoscopic nurse training were applied to the training of low-risk nurses in the operating room. The basic nursing knowledge and practical skills of nurses with low seniority in the first six months before and after implementation were compared with those of operating theaters for nurses of lower seniority. At the same time, 46 patients who received corresponding low-aged nurse care from January to June in 2016 were selected as the control group, and 53 patients in the same year from August to January in the following year were selected as the observation group. Satisfaction on nursing was compared between the two groups Happening. Results: Flow chart of standardized endoscopic operation was performed. The training of junior nurses after training was significantly improved (P <0.05) compared with the pre-treatment basic skills and practical skills. The same satisfaction of operating room doctors for nurses with lower seniority (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The standardized endoscopic operation flow chart in the training of low-aged nurses in the operating room can significantly improve the mastery of basic knowledge and practical skills of the junior-aged nurses and has been unanimously approved by clinicians and patients.
