为快速、便捷地进行溃坝洪水风险分析计算,采用自主研发的地理信息系统(GIS)平台结合溃口计算模型和溃坝洪水演进模型开发了一维溃坝洪水分析系统。在本系统中,溃口模型能够处理瞬时完全溃决、瞬时部分溃决和逐渐溃决3种情形;溃坝洪水演进模型采用能够自动捕捉激波和处理各种复杂流态的HLL格式建立;模型计算所需的断面信息、参数设置以及计算结果的展示等均通过该系统平台完成。通过Malpasset溃坝算例对系统进行检验,结果表明系统各模块运行正常,满足预期指标要求。利用该系统对湖北省咸宁市鹅公颈水库副坝溃决情况进行分析,所得结果合理、可靠,可为防洪决策部门提供有价值的参考信息。
In order to analyze and calculate the risk of dam break flood quickly and conveniently, a one-dimensional dam break flood analysis system was developed by using the independently developed GIS platform combined with breach calculation model and dam breach flood evolution model. In this system, the breach model can deal with three cases: instantaneous complete collapse, transient partial collapse and gradual collapse. The dam failure evolution model uses the HLL format that can automatically capture shock waves and handle various complex flow regimes. The model calculation The section information, the parameter setting as well as the demonstration of the computation result are all completed through this system platform. The Malpasset dam test is used to test the system. The results show that all the modules in the system are operating normally and meet the expected target requirements. The system is used to analyze the failure of the secondary dam of the goose neck dam in Xianning City, Hubei Province. The results are reasonable and reliable, which can provide valuable reference information for flood control decision-making departments.
