把工学结合作为切入点,落实以真实(企业)工作任务为载体的工学结合人才培养模式改革、引导课程设置,构建理论教学和实践教学体系,使人才培养方案目标明确合理,知识、能力、素质结构定位准确;积极推行工学交替、任务驱动、项目导向等教学模式;确保学生有半年以上的顶岗实习工作经历,实现顶岗实习与工作过程相结合的学习模式。
