水电企业思想政治工作越来越难,加之电建集团重组、转型和改革,思想政治工作面临严峻考验。本文结合企业实际,就当前水电企业思想政治工作面临的形势和存在的问题进行了分析,对如何做好当前水电企业思想政治工作进行了探讨。
The ideological and political work of hydropower enterprises is getting harder and harder. Combined with the restructuring, transformation and reform of the power construction group, the ideological and political work is under severe tests. Based on the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems existing in the ideological and political work of hydropower enterprises, and discusses how to do well the current ideological and political work of hydropower enterprises.
