Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α, VEGF, MVD and CXCL12 / CXCR4 in cervical cancer patients and the correlation between the clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods From January to December in 2013, 40 patients with cervical cancer treated by the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital were selected as the observation group. Forty patients with negative cervical cancer in the same period were selected as the control group. The expression of HIF-1α, VEGF, MVD, CXCL12 / CXCR4 and the expressions of HIF-1α, VEGF, MVD and CXCL12 / CXCR4 were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. The correlation between clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis was analyzed. The relationship between the expression of HIF-1α, VEGF, MVD, CXCL12 / CXCR4 and the clinicopathological features of cervical cancer and the prognosis were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of HIF-1α, VEGF, MVD and CXCL12 / CXCR4 were 47.50%, 65.00%, 52.50% and 60.00% respectively in the control group. Compared with no lymph node metastasis, the positive rates of HIF- The positive rate of MVD and the expression of VEGF, CXCL12 / CXCR4 were significantly different from those in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ (P <0.05). The positive rates of HIF-1α, VEGF and CXCL12 / CXCR4 And MVD values were statistically significant (P <0.05). The good prognosis of HIF-1α, VEGF, MVD and CXCL12 / CXCR4 was lower in MVD patients than in those with positive MVD (P <0.05). Conclusions The expressions of HIF-1α, VEGF, MVD, CXCL12 / CXCR4 are correlated with the clinical characteristics of cervical cancer such as lymph node metastasis and TNM grade, which can be used as an important index of biological behavior and prognosis of cervical cancer.
