Part 1:2017年6月28日,中国畜牧业协会代表国内白羽肉鸡产业向商务部正式提交反倾销调查申请,其主张原产于巴西的白羽肉鸡产品以低于正常价值的价格向中国出口销售,并且其倾销与国内白羽肉鸡产业所遭受的实质损害存在因果关系。2017年8月18日,商务部发布2017年第39号公告,决定即日起对原产于巴西的进口白羽肉鸡产品进行反倾销立案调查。
Part 1: On June 28, 2017, China Animal Husbandry Association officially submitted an anti-dumping investigation application to the Ministry of Commerce on behalf of the domestic white feather broiler industry. It advocated that white feather broiler products originating from Brazil export to China at a lower than normal value, And its dumping and domestic white feather broiler industry suffer substantive damage causal relationship. On August 18, 2017, the Ministry of Commerce released Announcement No.39 of 2017, deciding to immediately conduct an anti-dumping investigation on imported white-feathered broiler products originating from Brazil.
