JOLLY POWER高尔夫上杆训练训练方法:将弹力带一侧挂在固定物体上(或者踩在左脚下),两手抓住弹力带,上半身回转,做上杆动作。训练目的:增强上半身回转力。教练简介朱亨涉韩国国民大学体育学院毕业,获得NASM韩国国家运动协会运动医学认证、TPI高尔夫体能训练一级认证及韩国运动心理协会认证;拥有多年专业体能从业经验,在韩国曾为池珍熙、金正恩等名人担任私人体能教练。
