目的:比较雷公藤根木质部、根皮部、茎及全叶4个部位6个主要单体成分的含量差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-磷酸(0.1%)-三乙胺(0.2%)水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长:0~65 min为225 nm,65 min时切换为210 nm;柱温35℃;流速0.75mL.min-1;进样量20μL。结果:根皮部六种成分含量均最高,其中雷公藤甲素为0.0410 mg/g;根木质部生物碱、三萜类成分含量较高,而二萜类成分相对较低,雷公藤甲素为0.0153 mg/g;全叶二萜类成分雷公藤甲素、雷公藤内酯酮含量较高,分别为0.0397 mg/g、0.0026 mg/g,仅次于皮部;地上茎部分各成分含量都较低,但雷公藤内酯甲含量较高,仅次于皮部,为0.3298 mg/g。结论:雷公藤全株都有研究与药用价值,可对其进行全面的开发利用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the contents of six main monomers in four parts of xylem, root bark, stem and whole leaf of Tripterygium wilfordii. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-phosphoric acid (0.1% ; The detection wavelength was 225 nm at 0-65 min and switched to 210 nm at 65 min; the column temperature was 35 ° C; the flow rate was 0.75 mL.min-1; and the injection volume was 20 μL. The contents of triptolide and triptolide were higher in the whole leaf, which were 0.0397 mg / g and 0.0026 mg / g, respectively, , But higher content of triptolide, second only to the skin, was 0.3298 mg / g. Conclusion: The whole plant of Tripterygium wilfordii has research and medicinal value and can be fully exploited and utilized.
