本文引入技术经济学的理论和方法构建出基于低收入居民的住房租购决策模型,该模型包括孤立决策模型和系统决策模型,解决了多变量条件下需求者购房划算还是租房划算、供应者售房划算还是赁房划算的问题,得出残值收益和银行利息的大小关系决定供求双方存在租房赁房契合点还是购房售房契合点的结论,并推导出关于租金和住房购置费的契合点集合,可以为低收入居民的住房租购决策提供支撑。
