孝义铝矿从1989年至1991年6月止,向铝厂共输出矿石565列车,经取样、化验,品位合格率很低。而且呈严重下滑趋势,给氧化铝生产工艺带来一系列问题,对碱耗、能耗、生产流程的稳定性等各项技术经济指标造成了严重影响。针对这一情况,长沙矿山研究院接受了配矿工艺课题的试验研究,拟定了矿岩落地和不落地两种配矿方案,不仅技术可行,且工艺简单、易于掌握、均化效果好、
