本文主要对2000年以来北京市牛羊肉价格变化情况进行了阐述,分析发现北京牛羊肉市场的供应量逐年增加,但需求增长更快,使得牛羊肉价格连续突破整数关口,价格涨幅明显高于猪肉价格。牛羊肉价格上涨的原因主要在于养殖规模下降、综合成本上升、消费需求增加。预计未来牛羊肉价格微幅上涨的单边性和长期性趋势将持续存在,并据此提出提升生产能力、加强价格监测分析和市场监管、保障困难群体等多方面的政策建议。
This article mainly elaborates the price changes of beef and mutton in Beijing since 2000. The analysis shows that the supply of beef and mutton market in Beijing is increasing year by year but the demand growth is faster. The price of beef and mutton continuously breaks through the integer mark, and the price increase is obviously higher than that of pork price. The main reasons for the rising price of beef and mutton lie in the decline of the scale of breeding, the increase of the comprehensive cost and the increase of the consumption demand. It is expected that the unilateral and long-term trends of the slight price increase of beef and mutton will persist in the future, and policy suggestions on improving production capacity, strengthening price monitoring and analysis, market supervision and safeguarding the disadvantaged groups will be put forward accordingly.
