本文以特晚熟多小穗品系10阿为被测材料,中国春和阿勃两套单体系列为测验系,对抽穗期性状进行了基因定位研究。结果表明,被测系10阿晚抽穗,受5A、1B、2B、6B和2D染色体上的隐性基因所控制。其中,2D染色体上的基因表现为强效,5A、1B、2B和6B染色体上的基因表现为弱效。据前人研究和本试验结果分析认为,被测系10阿的1B和2B染色体上可能具有控制晚熟性的新基因。
In this paper, a late-maturing multi-spike strain 10 A for the tested materials, China Spring and Abb two monomer series as the test line, the heading date of the gene mapping. The results showed that the 10 lines of tested lines were late heading and controlled by the recessive genes on 5A, 1B, 2B, 6B and 2D chromosomes. Among them, the genes on the 2D chromosome showed potent effects, and the genes on chromosomes 5A, 1B, 2B and 6B showed weak effects. According to previous studies and analysis of the results of this experiment, it is believed that there may be new genes controlling the late maturity on 1B and 2B chromosomes of tested strain 10 A.
