针对现有的容积式流量计不能用来测量高压液压系统动态流量的现状,设计了三型内齿轮流量计,分析该流量计的流量特性,并进行仿真。指出该种流量计的流量脉动只有普通齿轮流量计的1/5,可测量液压系统高压动态流量。其基本测试原理是:先将被测液体的流量信号转换为转速信号,再通过齿轮转速传感器将转速信号变为电信号,最终确定被测系统的动态流量。该流量计具有结构简单、测量范围大、精度高、可靠性好等优点,由于该内齿轮流量计的3对小齿轮和内齿轮错位啮合,可实现低流量脉动,流量品质得到明显改善。
In view of the fact that the existing positive displacement flowmeter can not measure the dynamic flow of high pressure hydraulic system, a three-type internal gear flowmeter is designed. The flow characteristics of the flowmeter are analyzed and simulated. Pointed out that this kind of flow meter pulsation only ordinary gear flow meter 1/5, can measure the high pressure dynamic flow of hydraulic system. The basic test principle is: first measured the flow of liquid signal is converted to speed signal, and then through the gear speed sensor into the electrical signal speed, the final determination of the dynamic flow of the system under test. The flowmeter has the advantages of simple structure, large measuring range, high precision and good reliability. Due to the mismatch between the three pinions and the internal gear of the internal gear flowmeter, the low-flow pulsation can be realized and the traffic quality is obviously improved.
