目的:了解有关中药乌骨藤的化学成分及质量控制的研究进展情况。方法:通过查阅近年来大量文献资料,对中药乌骨藤的化学成分和质量控制的相关方面进行分析和总结。结果:中药乌骨藤的主要化学成分为甾体皂苷、多糖、萜类化合物等;质量控制主要运用现代科学技术手段进行乌骨藤药材有效成分的定量分析以及建立其指纹图谱为主。结论:主要化学成分为C21甾体苷,也是其主要活性成分,对其质量控制多用比色法、高效液相色谱法和指纹图谱,这对中药现代化形势下进一步研究开发乌骨藤药材具有重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the research progress on the chemical composition and quality control of Chinese medicine. Methods: By referring to a large number of literatures in recent years, the related aspects of chemical composition and quality control of Acanthopanax senticosus were analyzed and summarized. Results: The main chemical constituents of Cnidium and its derivatives were steroidal saponins, polysaccharides and terpenoids. The quality control mainly used modern scientific and technological methods to quantitatively analyze the active constituents and establish their fingerprints. CONCLUSION: The main chemical component is C21 steroidal glycosides, which is also the main active ingredient. Its quality control is more important than colorimetry, high performance liquid chromatography and fingerprinting, which is important for the further research and development of Cnidium and its derivatives in the modernization of Chinese traditional medicine Meaning.
