本文针对内部控制信息强制披露对企业内部控制管理的影响,首先分析了内部控制信息强制披露对内部控制管理所产生的各方面具体影响,进而就充分运用内部控制信息强制披露机制,改进提高企业的内部控制管理水平,提出了几点建议。
In this paper, the impact of mandatory disclosure of internal control information on the internal control of the enterprise is analyzed. Firstly, the specific impact of the mandatory disclosure of internal control information on all aspects of internal control management is analyzed.
