高职教育校企合作是由高职院校与企业双方直接参与的,其实质是使教育与经济社会融为有机整体,优势互补、互利共赢。当前,校企合作已成为高职教育进一步发展的重点。传统的教育管理模式已经不能适应目前合作项目发展的要求,为了使项目能够更好的在学校发展中取得硕果,能够更好的促进职业教育的改革,需要运用项目管理的模式。基于此,本文对高职校企合作中项目组织管理模式进行构建。 Higher vocational education School-enterprise cooperation is directly involved by both higher vocational colleges and enterprises, and its essence is to make education and economic society an organic whole with complementary advantages and mutual benefits. Based on this, this article constructs the project organization and management mode in higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation.
