E-city means the meaning of dwelling place, partner and virtual consumer in supra-industrialized society defined by screens, social networks and media streams in the era of circuits and light beams. Today’s electronic city simply can not deny its ghostly general dominance. In short, it does not require a specific physical public space nor does it need to display a mnemonic in traffic, in a sense it does not “exist” nor does it have a name or a definite boundary. This paper analyzes its cultural origins from the perspective of semantic analysis of western city-states, and analyzes the main body, memory, logic, structure, function, future, “ghost ” constraint of electronic city with the help of several movies (subspecies of electronic city) problem.
