介绍了一种半桥逆变式电子束焊机用高压电源的工作原理和控制电路的工作过程。结合PLC控制技术及电子束焊机用高压电源的特点,提出一种以IGBT作为逆变器件来实现高压电源的高效小型化。采用PLC控制技术实现电源的软启动功能,自动调节电路采用A/D和D/A转换技术,提高了电源的可靠性。经过试验,电源的各项性能指标都达到了预期的设计目标,电源的技术性能满足电子束焊机的焊接工艺的需要
