将研究室保藏的固氮菌(GY)、溶磷菌(LY)和硅酸盐细菌(JY)以不同组合进行混合培养,探讨通过此方式提高菌剂的固氮、解磷和解钾能力。分别以单菌株培养、两两混合双菌株培养及三菌株混合培养方式,对培养液的固氮酶活性、有效磷和速效钾含量进行测定。结果表明:在固氮能力方面,培养24h,pH值7.0条件下,分别对7种组合固氮酶活性进行测定,发现菌株组合GY+LY+JY的C2H4浓度达到1987.4nmol.h-1.mL-1,其固氮酶活性最强;在解磷能力方面,培养10d,pH值7.0条件下,各体系解磷量达到最高值;其中,LY菌液中可溶性磷浓度为0.930μg·mL-1,其解磷能力最强;在解钾能力方面,培养15d,pH值7.0条件下,各体系解钾量达到最高值;其中,菌株组合GY+LY+JY混合菌液中可溶性钾浓度为23.4μg·mL-1,其解钾能力最强。
The strains of nitrogen-fixing bacteria (GY), phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria (LY) and silicate bacteria (JY) deposited in the research laboratory were mixed and cultured in different combinations to explore the ways to improve the capacity of fixing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of the fungicides. Nitrogenase activity, available phosphorus and available potassium content in the culture medium were measured respectively by single strain culture, double-strain mixed culture and three-strain mixed culture method. The results showed that in the aspect of nitrogen fixation capacity, the activity of 7 kinds of combination nitrogenase was measured respectively under the condition of pH value of 7.0 and cultivation for 24h, and the C2H4 concentration of strain combination GY + LY + JY reached to 1987.4nmol.h-1.mL-1 , The nitrogenase activity of the strongest; in the ability to solve the phosphorus, the cultivation of 10d, pH 7.0 conditions, the system reached the maximum amount of phosphate solubilizing; wherein, LY bacterial solution of soluble phosphorus concentration of 0.930μg · mL-1, which In the aspects of potassium abstraction ability, under the condition of pH value of 7.0 and cultivation time of 15d, the amount of potassium in each system reached the highest value. Among them, the concentration of soluble potassium in the mixed solution of strain combination GY + LY + JY was 23.4μg · mL-1, the strongest capacity of potassium.
