采集青海不同地理居群五裂茶藨子植物样品,采用改良CTAB法提取五裂茶藨子总DNA。运用分子生物学技术分析青海不同地理居群五裂茶藨子的遗传多样性。研究结果表明:青海不同地理居群五裂茶藨子trn L-F序列可分为7种单倍型,存在37个变异位点,具有较高的遗传多样性(h=0.551 7),单倍型多态性水平(h)为0.416 7~0.733 3,核苷酸多态性水平(p)为0.000 930 0~0.014 20。居群遗传分化系数Gst为0.020 00,基因流值Nm为0.057 72。
Ginkgo biloba samples collected from different geographic populations in Qinghai Province were extracted and the total DNA was extracted by modified CTAB method. Molecular Genetic Analysis of Genetic Diversity in Populations of Crassulaceae from Different Geographical Populations in Qinghai Province. The genetic differentiation coefficient (Gst) of population was 0.020 00, and the gene flow value Nm was 0.057 72.
