目的探讨门诊早期妊娠患者无痛人工流产手术的护理干预及效果观察。方法分析天津市公安医院2015年5月-2016年12月期间收治的96例无痛人工流产手术患者的临床护理资料,通过实施术前评估及心理干预、术中积极护理配合、术后健康宣传教育指导,观察手术患者的护理效果。结果 96例无痛人流手术患者手术成功率为100.0%,不良反应发生率为4.2%,其中术后腹痛3例,恶心、呕吐1例。均无术后并发症。结论在进行无痛人工流产手术时给予患者正确、科学的护理干预,有着非常重要的作用,能够有效提升患者的手术成功率,降低不良反应及术后并发症的发生率,确保患者身心健康。值得在临床上进行广泛推广及运用。
Objective To investigate the nursing intervention and the effect of painless induced abortion in outpatients with early pregnancy. Methods The clinical nursing data of 96 cases of painless induced abortion patients who were treated in Tianjin Public Security Hospital from May 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed. Through preoperative evaluation and psychological intervention, the patients received active nursing and postoperative health promotion Education guidance, observe the effect of nursing care of patients. Results The success rate of operation in 96 cases of painless abortion was 100.0% and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.2%. Among them, 3 cases had postoperative abdominal pain and 1 case had nausea and vomiting. No postoperative complications. Conclusions It is very important to give patients proper and scientific nursing intervention in painless induced abortion. It can effectively improve the success rate of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and postoperative complications, and ensure the physical and psychological health of patients. Worthy of widespread clinical application and use.
