制备了小鼠坐骨神经和舌下神经损伤动物模型,观察人神经生长因子(hNGF)im对外周感觉和运动神经损伤的保护作用,结果hNGF 100~400 u/kg呈剂量依赖性加快坐骨神经损伤小鼠痛觉和后肢运动功能以及舌下神经损伤小鼠舌运动功能的恢复,表明该药对外周神经损伤有一定的保护作用。
A mouse model of sciatic nerve and hypoglossal nerve injury was established to observe the protective effect of human nerve growth factor (hNGF) im on peripheral sensory and motor nerve injury. Results hNGF 100 ~ 400 u / kg dose-dependently accelerated sciatic nerve injury in mice Pain and hindlimb motor function and hypoglossal damage in mice tongue motor function recovery, indicating that the drug has a protective effect on peripheral nerve injury.
