人类白血病细胞的长期培养,为人类白血病的基础和临床研究提供了有效的工具。人类淋巴细胞的长期培养已有十几年的成功经验。国外已建立了数百株,国内也建立了一些。其他类型白细胞的长期培养则报道较少。近年国外有人用加入集落刺激素(CSF)的悬浮培养法,长期培养急性粒细胞型白血病人周围血白细胞成功,但后来认为标本污染有猿猴白血病病毒。国外研究较多的J_(96)细胞株来自单核细胞型白血病病
Long-term culture of human leukemia cells provides an effective tool for the basic and clinical research of human leukemia. Long-term human lymphocyte culture has more than a decade of successful experience. Hundreds of foreign countries have been established and some have been established domestically. Long-term culture of other types of white blood cells is reported less. In recent years, some people abroad with colony stimulating hormone (CSF) suspension culture method, the long-term culture of peripheral blood leukocytes in patients with acute myeloid leukemia success, but later that specimens contaminated with simian leukemia virus. J_ (96) cell lines with more research abroad are from monocytic leukemia
