建设职业教育实训基地,是实施国家技能型人才培养培训系统工程的客观要求。贯彻科学发展观,加强实训基地管理是充分发挥基地育人功能的保证。本文围绕校内实训基地管理的重要性、管理内容、应突出加强的方面,总结了前期做好高职院校校内实训基地管理的经验和做法,并对今后的发展方向进行探讨。 The construction of vocational education training base is an objective requirement for implementing the national skilled personnel training system project. Carrying out the scientific concept of development and strengthening the management of training base are the guarantees that give full play to the function of educating people in the base. This article focuses on the importance and management content of the training base in the university, emphasizes the aspects of strengthening, summarizes the experience and practice of the training base in the higher vocational colleges in the early period, and discusses the future development direction.
