目的 :探讨角膜移植术后行小切口白内障超声乳化折叠式人工晶体植入术的可行性 ;方法 :通过对角膜移植术后的 12例白内障患者施行颞侧角膜隧道小切口白内障超声乳化折叠式人工晶体植入术来观察和分析术后角膜的变化和视力改变的可能原因和机理 ;结果 :12例术前视力在光感～ 0 .0 4之间 ,均低于 0 .0 5 ,术后最低视力 0 .2 5者 2例占 16 .6 6 % ,最好视力 0 .5者 3例占 2 5 % ,0 .3以上者 10例占 83.34% ,平均 0 .4,几乎是术前的十倍 ;结论 :角膜移植术后只要植片透明 ,视功能良好 ,无其他禁忌症的白内障患者 ,术中尽可能注意保护角膜内皮细胞 ,小切口的白内障超声乳化术仍是安全有效的
