当前,对于国有企业改革问题的谈论已成为国内、国外普遍关注的焦点。作为经济体制改革的一个主战场,国有企业如何面临一系列问题,尤其对经营人员,如何建立起行之有效的激励与制约机制,已迫在眉睫。国有企业经营者的激励与约束机制包括激励、约束、监督三方面内容,本文就针对国有企业经营者激励机制进行深入探讨。
At present, the discussion on the reform of state-owned enterprises has become the focus of domestic and foreign attention. As a main battlefield for economic system reform, how state-owned enterprises are facing a series of problems, especially for the operating personnel, how to establish an effective incentive and restraint mechanism is imminent. The incentive and restraint mechanisms of state-owned enterprise managers include the three aspects of incentives, constraints, and supervision. This paper discusses in depth the incentive mechanism for state-owned enterprise managers.
